Our Services
Our initial visit is 1 hour long where we learn your story and your symptoms. We will work with you to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that you are comfortable with. We will also discuss lab testing options. We can draw labs in-office for your convenience. Labs are not included in the membership, but you will have access to our extremely low cost lab prices. You also have the option to have labs billed to your insurance if you prefer.

*Please note that menopause care is included in our direct primary care membership; however, if you want menopause care only (and not primary care) then we have a separate “Menopause Care” only membership.

$75/month (+$75 one-time enrollment fee)

- Menopause related visit every 3 months
- Menopause related messaging with your provider as needed
- Access to discounted labs (including hormone labs)
